What time should I arrive?
Please arrive for your purchased performance time, doors open 1 hours prior to the show.

What time will the show start?
Friday 17 November and Saturday 18 November 2:00pm & 5:30pm. Sunday 19 November 2:00pm.

How long does the show go for?
Approximately 45 minutes.

Does my ticket include entry to Sydney Zoo?
No, the Sydney Zoo Presents tickets include access to the Concert Area only, all areas of the zoo are not accessible during the event.
If you’d like to experience Sydney Zoo and our animals, you can purchase a day ticket at www.sydneyzoo.com

Will there be seating?
Limited seats are available on a first come first served basis. We encourage guests to bring picnic blankets to sit on during the performance.

Will the animals be affected?
No. We prioritise the safety and welfare of our animals and have ensured the event and activations will not affect the animals in any way.

What food will be available?
There will be many delicious food options available from special food trucks in the event area including Gozleme, Chips on a Stick, Pizza, Streets Ice Creams and more. 

Is the event accessible?
Yes, Sydney Zoo and the event is wheelchair accessible with no hills or steps. An accessible viewing area will be available onsite, pre-register by contacting info@sydneyzoo.com with your booking details. 

Will there be pram parking?
Pram parking will be available, please refer to the event map and signs on site.

What items can I not bring?
For the enjoyment of all guests, please do not bring camping chairs, large umbrellas or excessive baggage.

What items can I bring?
As Sydney Zoo presents is an outdoor event, we recommend guests implement appropriate sun safety and slip, slop, slap and pop on a hat.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
No. All tickets must be pre-booked online.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I change my ticket to a different session or date?
No. Tickets are non-transferable.

Will I get a refund if it is raining?
Being an outdoor event, Sydney Zoo Presents is an all-weather experience. Ticket holders are advised to check the weather report before attending and bring appropriate clothing. We will advise ticket holders if a session is postponed or cancelled due to the weather.

Do you offer concession pricing?
Tickets are a flat rate for all ticket types.

Where is event parking?
FREE parking is included in your ticket at our onsite car park. On arrival, follow the instructions of event staff who will direct you to the parking area.

Yes, we have an event map available for download here.

I am a Sydney Zoo member, can I enter for FREE?
Entry to Sydney Zoo Presents is not included in your membership. Sydney Zoo Presents is a special event that can’t be otherwise experienced at Sydney Zoo.

Do I get a members discount?
Keep an eye out for the member presale offer sent to the specified email address on the account. There are no members discounts on rides, or food and beverage and retail.
